The project is aimed to serve Aluplast Sp. z o. o. and the operation will reduce primary energy consumption in the production hall of Aluplast spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
The project will provide a photovoltaic installation with a maximum capacity of 999.18 kW to increase energy savings and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
A Renewable Energy Sources (RES) installation with a maximum capacity of 999.18 kW will be placed on the roof of the production hall building. The photovoltaic installation includes: photovoltaic panels, photovoltaic inverters and a support structure for the modules, as well as a connection box. Such an installation will cover the facility's system energy needs. The electricity produced by the photovoltaic installation will be fully used by the facility directly.
An energy audit of the thermo-modernisation project was carried out with audit documentation prepared by a qualified energy auditor. The anticipated average annual production of electricity will be 785.377 MWh/year, while CO2 emissions will be reduced by 556.047 tonnes per year.
Moreover, the installation will save PLN 872,922.97 in energy costs over the year. The above measure will not only bring significant energy savings for the company but will also reduce the negative impact on the environment. The introduction of the investment in accordance with the recommendations resulting from the energy audit will contribute to primary energy savings in the production hall at a level well exceeding 30%.
The planned period of realization of the investment is 01.July 2024 - 31. December 2025.
