The event was attended by more than 400 business partners from Poland and Europe. The venue of the meeting was the unique space of the Żnin Sugar Factory - a place that combines history with modernity. The scenario of the event was also created in this spirit, where, on the one hand, the guests had a journey in time, summarising important events in the history of aluplast in Poland, and, on the other hand, we presented our new production plant and ONE 75 aluminium systems, which are just being introduced to the offer.
Let's meet on festival Friday - a strong opening to the rhythm of music and relationships
Already on the first evening guests were immersed in the festival atmosphere. Colourful lights, atmospheric sounds of jazz, folk and club music, relaxation zones, foodtrucks and late-night conversations - all this created a unique atmosphere of integration and good spirits. It was the perfect opportunity to pause and reminisce, something we sadly lack the time for on a daily basis.
“Almost everything has changed in these 30 years - from landlines and document folders to digital tools, global markets and approaches to business. But one thing has not changed: the importance of partnership. And this is what we wanted to highlight and emphasise above all during this event,” comments Marcin Szewczuk, Marketing Manager of Aluplast sp. z o.o.. “It is thanks to our Partners, with whom we have often cooperated for more than 20 years, that we have been maintaining our position as market leader in Poland for 24 years. Thanks to their trust, understanding and partnership approach, we have also managed to overcome many difficult situations that we have encountered along the way. This was the perfect moment to thank them for all this.”
Let's celebrate and make a difference - celebrating 30 years while taking another step... into the future
During Saturday's eventful day, we showed that business and relationships can go hand in hand with innovation. Our guests had the opportunity to visit our new factory in Nagradowice - one of the most modern PVC profile production facilities in Europe.
For the first time in Poland we presented our new ONE 75 aluminium profile system.
Maksymilian Miros from the Industry Analysis Centre presented current data on the joinery market in Poland and Europe - exports, market structure, main development directions.
Our E-COMMERCE department, meanwhile, presented an innovative online window sales configurator - a tool that will soon support our partners in the digital transformation.
The second day was also packed with industry workshops, but also outdoor attractions and meetings with interesting people.
The day culminated in an evening Jubilee Gala, full of emotions and memories. In films specially prepared for the Gala, we showed how the world around us has changed over these three decades and how much has been achieved during this time. We listened to the stories of our Partners - about their first meetings with Aluplast, breakthrough moments and decisions that changed the course of events. About situations from the "you don't forget it" cycle and about what kept us... still together despite the passing of the years.
We recalled not only the successes, but also the challenges we overcame together. - "Thirty years ago, we started as a small company with big ambitions. Today, we are the market leader, but this would not have been possible without the trust and loyalty of our partners," said Christian Voicu, CEO of the company during his opening speech at the gala.
The official part of the Gala closed with an impressive multimedia performance - a story of light, sound and movement. A story without words, but with a very clear message.... to take that next step. STEP INTO THE FUTURE.
After dinner, our guests were treated to musical surprises - performances that made it impossible to sit still and which the most persistent Gala participants enjoyed until late in the evening.
The jubilee was not only a celebration of the past, but above all a glimpse into the future - full of challenges, but also great opportunities, emphasises Marcin Szewczuk. Thank you for being part of this history. Thank you for being with us. The next chapters lie ahead.
