Sustainable sourcing of raw materials, sustainable supply chain.
We focus on responsible sourcing of raw materials, striving to minimize the impact on the environment and local communities. We make every effort to ensure that our entire supply chain - from raw materials to the finished product - meets the highest standards.
Responsible sourcing of raw materials
We prefer raw materials and additives with the lowest possible environmental impact (e.g. recyclates, components containing recycled content, packaging made from recycled materials). We cooperate with suppliers who implement practices that reduce CO₂ emissions, energy consumption, waste generation in their production processes, and overall carbon footprint.
Transparency and optimization
We strive for transparency regarding the origin of raw materials and the chemical composition of the materials used.
We support suppliers who invest in new technologies that improve the quality and durability of PVC profiles, as well as reduce the consumption of virgin raw materials. We optimize logistics processes, limiting fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.

Energy efficiency in production processes
We reduce energy consumption in our production processes through investments in modern technologies and process optimization. We implement energy-saving systems in offices and plants, use process heat for heating помещений and domestic hot water, and increase the share of low-emission electric forklifts.
Technology that serves energy efficiency.
We design tools with maximum energy efficiency in mind. We use a partially passive cooling system for process water, which reduces energy consumption on cooler days.
Green energy from the sun.
We invest in renewable energy sources. At our new plant in Nagradowice, we are launching a photovoltaic installation to increase the share of energy from renewable sources. More information on this topic can be found here.

Recycling and a sustainable production process.
For many years, we have also considered sustainable development in the context of our production processes, which is reflected in the philosophy behind manufacturing our eco-friendly window profiles. Most of aluplast profiles are produced using recycled material, which we recover from our own production as well as from window manufacturers. In the production of window profiles, we use lead-free stabilizers based on calcium and zinc. Profiles manufactured in this way are safe for recycling and do not contain any hazardous additives. The collected material undergoes processing aimed at obtaining high-quality granulate, which is then reused in production.

In 2024, we collected 6,581 tons of PVC raw material from our business partners and recycled it—twice as much as the year before. The PVC we recycled contributed to a reduction of CO₂ emissions by as much as 13,162 tons.

We are members of the VinylPlus® initiative, which represents the European PVC industry’s commitment to sustainable development. Through VinylPlus, the European PVC industry is creating a long-term sustainability framework for the entire PVC value chain, improving the sustainability and circularity of PVC products and their contribution to a sustainable society.
Did you know that PVC material from old windows, doors, and shutters can be recycled up to 7 times? All of this is achieved while maintaining the same quality, durability, and resistance to weather conditions. Using one ton of recycled material results in a reduction of emissions by as much as two tons of CO2.

Quality is our priority. We continuously test and improve our products to ensure that our customers can be confident that by choosing aluplast, they are choosing the highest quality. This is confirmed by the certifications we have obtained.
Educational activities
We are committed to the development of the window joinery industry, which is why we share our knowledge with others.
Profiokno magazine
Since 2009, we have been the publisher of the free magazine Profiokno. The magazine was created to share technical knowledge and the latest developments in the building joinery industry. Whether our reader is a manufacturer, distributor, or architect, Profiokno provides reliable, clear, and accessible information for everyone.
Aluplast is happy to participate in industry trade fairs. The annual Monteriada is a place where, together with our partners, we take part in numerous demonstrations aimed at presenting proper installation methods in the building joinery sector. We are convinced that live demonstrations are one of the best ways to educate and gain knowledge, which is why every year we strive to showcase modern solutions in practice.
