In September 2015, the construction of a single-family zero-energy passive house in the Passive House Plus standard near Warsaw began. As this is one of the first buildings of this type in Poland, which has been positively verified in the NF15 program of the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management and is being certified by the Passive House Institute in Darmstadt, we would like to familiarize Profiokno readers with both the design assumptions and describe the technologies used in this house.
