Thanks to modern technologies of varnishing or powder painting, the aluminum cover plates in the aluskin system can have any color from the RAL color palette. By applying aluskin aluminum cover plates to the outer surfaces of the profiles, it is therefore possible to achieve a high-end appearance, increased durability and color variety of painted aluminum profiles. Without screws, without adhesives, without unnecessary waste of time, you can create a unique product.
The introduction of cover plates joined at an angle of 90o is first of all the possibility of obtaining very interesting window looks, similar to wooden windows, but also a great convenience at the stage of production of windows with cover plates. Frontal bonding of cover plates reduces the number of people involved in the process and the time required for preparation. The new jointing method also does not require as much precision in cutting the cover plates as with the 45o joint, and the cover plates themselves no longer need to be trimmed until after the windows are manufactured. Preparation of cover plates (cutting) can be done in parallel with the window production flow based on the optimization list. As part of the Ideal 8000 series, a very exclusive designer solution with an aluminum sash overlay facing the surface of the frame is also available starting this year for the semi-surface sash. This gives the possibility of obtaining the visual characteristic of aluminum windows. And through the use of the latest woodec decorative structures, we have the opportunity to effectively combine the faithful appearance of real wood with the modern and fashionable look of aluminum in PVC joinery.
