The new IDEAL 7000 NL and IDEAL 8000 NL systems are ideally suited to the Dutch style. NL systems fit the frame depth of 120 mm typical for the Dutch market, which can be combined with various 85 mm wide sash variants. Very wide door frames equipped with external rebates allow for easy and aesthetic installation of windows in a building made of facing brick (clinker) without additional masonry treatment.
Â
The new Blockprofile NL 85 mm systems are the answer to the gradually tightened requirements in the whole of Europe in the field of thermal transmittance of windows and doors. New constructions, thanks to the use of wider sashes enabling the application of glazing units featuring widths of up to 51 mm, make it possible to obtain excellent thermal parameters of windows. At the same time, the profiles characterized by a heat transfer coefficient of Uf = 1.0 - 1.1 W / m2K are at the forefront in terms of thermal insulation. The frame / sash profile width of just 113 mm allows maximizing of the glazed surfaces, which is also in line with current design trends.
Â
The new systems were developed based on the aluplast characteristic philosophy of system development based on variants with external (AD) and middle (MD) sealing. The systems nevertheless are characterized by a diverse design. Slightly more traditional, perfectly matching the current market requirements Ideal 7000 NL with 15-degree slants, contrasts with slightly more cubist, featuring perpendicular surfaces of only 7-degree slants Ideal 8000 NL system. Despite the corresponding profile width of 113 mm, their optics also varies. In the Ideal 8000 NL system, the lower sash is hidden deeper behind the higher frame, while in the Ideal 7000 NL the outer visible surface of the sash is larger.
